Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Osmanlı Devleti'nin modernleşmesinin evrele-rine, sadrazam Mithat Paşa'nın kanûn-ı esasî vasıtası ile olan katkılarıyla sı-nırlıdır. Osmanlı'nın son dönemdeki gelişimini ortaya koyarken Mithat Pa-şa'ya ağırlık vermemizin sebebi, henüz XIX. yüzyılın ortalarında rejim deği-şikliği tasarladığının iddia edilmesi ve aynı zamanda devletin sadrazamı olmasıdır. Servet-i Fünûn şairlerinden Faik Ali'nin 'Mithat Paşa' isimli şiirini latin harfleriyle çalışmamıza dahil etmemizin sebebi de esasen Mithat Pa-şa'ya gösterilen teveccühü de bir miktar gösterebilmek içindir.

Mıthat Pasha, Durıng The Constıtutıonalıty Of Ottoman And The Work Of Faık Alı Named 'Mıthat Pasha' The purpose of this study, stages of modernization of the Ottoman Empire, is limited to the contributions of the Kanûn-ı Esasî by grand vizier Midhat Pasha. While putting the recent development of Ottoman Empire, the reason to tell about Midthat Pasha, to claimed that regime change designs by mid XIX. Century yet and at the same time he is grand vizier of the state. The reason why we included the poem of Servet-i Fünûn poets' Faik Ali, shown the regard for a little show by Mithat Pasha.
