Abstract
İslam ilim mirasının önemli alanlarından biri Tecvid ilmidir. Tecvid ilmi, Kur’an-ı Kerim’in kurallarına uygun olarak okunmasını, Kur’an harflerinin çıkış yerleri ile bu harflere ait özellikleri konu edinen bir ilimdir. Kaynağı vahiy olan ve ilk dönemlerde amelî/pratik olarak uygulanan bu ilim, sonraki dönemlerde (H. IV. yy.) ilgili kişiler tarafından derlenerek Kıraat ve Tecvid kuralları olarak sistemleştirilmiştir. Bu sistemleştirme sürecinde harfler, belirli bir düzen ve kural içerisinde toplu olarak ifade edilmiştir. Bu makalede harflerin bir araya getirilmesindeki bu düzen ve kural incelenmiş olup harflerin bir araya getirilme sebepleri, bir araya getirilme biçim ve boyutları ile harflerden oluşan kelimelerin kaynağı ve anlamları üzerinde durulmuştur.

Abstract
One of the important areas of Islamic science heritage is Tajwid science. Tajwid is a science that deals with the reading of the Quran in accordance with the rules, the origin of the letters of the Quran and the properties of these letters. This science, the source of which is revelation and applied in the first periods as operational / practical, was compiled by the relevant people in the following periods (H. IV. Century) and systematized as the rules of Qur'an and Tajwid. In this systematization process, letters were expressed collectively in a certain order and rule. In this article, this order and rule for putting the letters together are examined, the reasons for the combination of the letters, the way and dimensions of the combination, and the source and meaning of the words consisting of the letters are emphasized.
