It is here very important which monetary and financial policy should be followed parallel in such times. In this study it was aimed to determine the factors that lead to these crises by taking the crisis in Turkey as an example. The crisis indicators were in a quite large number and therefore it was aimed to decrease the indicators by means of a factor analysis and view the crises from a broader perspective. In the course of the factor analysis 13 different indicators were reviewed and 3 factors were determined as the leading indicators for crises in Turkey. Believing that an error or mistake does not harm the belief, they claim that the khalifa can make a mistake and he be tried equally just like his rival. They unanimously accepted that belief is an act of the heart, and it is not demolished because of a deficiency in practice. They also abstain from declaring ahl al-kıbla as disbelievers and have avoided the probable danger because of the discord among Muslims. Considering imama as a divine rank like nubuvvat, the Shiite claimed that the imams are infallible. The Imamiye Shiite, who alienated the administration due to the expectation of Mahdi's honouring the world, gave up that tradition after Humaynî's coming to power. After coming to power in Iran, the Shitic scholars united the divine and political authority.
