Abstract
“İnsan, mahlûk, insan bedeni, insan derisinin dış tabakası” gibi anlamlara gelen “beşer” kavramı, genel olarak insan olgusunu konu edinmektedir. İnsan olgusu, Kur’an’da, “beşer, insan, benî âdem ve halife” gibi kelimelerle dile getirilmiştir. Makalemizde, “beşer” kavramının semantik analizinin yanı sıra, bu kavramın anlamsal açıdan ilişkili olduğu insan, benî âdem ve halife kelimeleri hakkında bilgi verilerek, bu sözcüklerin Kur’ânî kullanım açısından bir farklılığa sahip olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Her ne kadar sözü edilen kelimeler, anlam bakımından beşer kelimesinin ya da birbirinin yerini tutuyor gibi görünse de Kur’an’daki kullanımları dikkate alındığında bir ve aynı şeyler olmadıkları anlaşılmaktadır. Diğer taraftan, beşer kelimesinin, Kur’an’da geçen ya da geçmeyen bütün türevleriyle anlamsal açıdan doğrudan ya da dolaylı olarak bir bağlantısı bulunmaktadır.

Abstract
The word “beşer”, which is Arabic, has different meanings such as “human being, creature, human body, and outer layer of human skin” and the word generally is associated with the concept of human being. In the Holy Quran, the concept of human being is explained with different words such as “beşer, human, humankind, and halife”. In this study, semantic analysis of the concept of “beşer” was carried out along with the investigation that if the related meanings of the word “beşer” has different usages and meanings in the Holy Quran. It was found that the aforementioned meanings of the word “beşer” in the Holy Quran are not the same things and they do not mean the same things, although they look like they can be used interchangeably. On the other hand, it was also investigated that the word “beşer” has directly or indirectly semantic connection with its varieties that are used in the Holy Quran and elsewhere.
