Abstract
Beyan kavramı ilk usul eseri er-Risale’den beri usulcülerin gündeminde olan bir kavramdır. Bilhassa mücmelin açıklanmasında beyan öne çıkan temel kavram olmaktadır. Buna mukabil sadece mücmelde değil, âmm lafızların tahsisinde, kinâî lafızların izahında, istisna, şart, iktiza gibi durumlarda gelen açıklamalar beyan kapsamı içerisinde girmiştir. Biz bu çalışmamızda bu önemli kavramın, üslü Hanefi usulcülerinden Şemsü’l-Eimme es-Serahsi’nin bakış açısıyla hangi anlama geldiğini tespit etmeye çalıştık. İstikra yöntemini kullanarak Serahsî’nin usulünde beyan kavramıyla ilgili açıklamalarını derledik ve daha sonra bunları tahlile tabi tutarak yazarın anlayışını ortaya koymaya gayret ettik.

Abstract
Concept of decleration (beyan) until ar-Risale of Şafii in front of the islamic law mothodologists. Especially when explanation of succinct / closed (mücmel), concept of decleration at first come forward. Concept of decleration not only come from with the succinct, it is aalso interested in the generel words delimitation (tahsis) and words of allusion and other closed form of words. In this article we tried to detect concept of decleratin meaning in the Serahsi who a biggest schoolar of the Hanfi sects’. We use induction methods in this article and we try to choose Serahsi’s understanding about decleration and the other we try to Show his understanding of about decleration.
