Abstract
“Gürültü”, iletişim sürecini olumsuz yönde etkileyen, iletişimin kesintiye uğramasına sebep olan, doğruluğunu, güvenilirliğini azaltan, kaynağın amaçladığı mesajı bozan, mesajın algılanmasında bilgi kaybı meydana getiren, iletilerin gönderilmesini ve alınmasını önleyen, iletilerde değişiklik ve sapmalara yol açan, iletişime müdahale ederek iletişim kanallarını tıkayan, iletişim düzenini rahatsız eden, görevini zorlaştıran bir olgudur. Böylesine ciddi etkileri olan gürültü engelinin Kur’an mesajlarının iletilmesinde de engel teşkil edebileceği düşünülmüştür. Yüce Allah ilâhî mesajların insanlara iletilmesini engellemek için kasıtlı olarak oluşturulan gürültü engellerine dikkat çekmiş ve müminlere, Kur’an mesajlarının iletilmesine engel teşkil edebilecek tutum ve davranışlardan uzak durmaları konusunda uyarı ve yönlendirmelerde bulunmuştur.

Abstract
“The noise” is a phenomenon which influences the communication process negatively, gives rise to interruption of communication, decreases its accuracy and reliability, spoils the message transmitted by the source; damages to the perception of the message, produces loss of knowledge in apprehension of the message, prevents the message from being transmitted and received properly, creates distortions and alterations in the message, plugs the communication channels through interfering in communication, disturbs the communication order, and complicates it’s task. The noise obstacle, which seems to have such serious effects, might create a difficulty in conveying Koran’s messages as well. Allah the Almighty has called attention to the noise obstacles which were intentionally created with the aim of preventing Koran’s messages from being transmitted to human beings. Therefore, Allah has warned the believers that they should keep away from the attitudes and behaviors that could constitute an obstacle to the transmission of Koran’s messages appropriately.
