Abstract
Bu makalede İmamiye Şiası ve Zahirî'lerin dini delilleri incelenmektedir. Şia ve Zahirî'ler her ikisi de koruma ortak noktasında birleşmektedirler. Fakat nelerin korunacağı noktasında hedefler farklıdır. Şia, naslar üzerindeki yorumlarını imamet felsefesine zarar getirmeme ölçütünü esas alarak yapmaktadır. Bu nedenle onlar, Kitap, Sünnet, İcma üzerinde açıklama yetkisini sıradan kişilere vermezler. Bu üç kaynak üzerinde söz sahibi, ya masum imamlardır, ya da masum imam vekilleridir. Halk ise bu üç kaynak üzerinde yetkili kişilerin açıklamalarını taklit etmelidir. Böylece masum imam nazariyesi sıkı bir koruma altına girmiş olur. Şia aklı bu üç kaynağın anlaşılması için delil sayar. Zahirî'ler için üç temel kaynak vardır. Bunlar Kur'an, Sünnet ve sahabenin icma'ıdır. Bu üç kaynağın dışına çıkılırsa dinin bozulacağına inanırlar. Bu makalemizde her iki tarafın delillerini sergilemeye çalıştık.

Abstract
In this article, Imamıyya of Shia and Zahiriya's evidences of religious have been examined. Shia and Zahiriya two of them are reconciled in united common point of protection. But what is the point of protected targets are different. Şia, has been doing comments on holy texts based on criteria that not bring harm about İmamate philosophy. For this reason, they do not give explanations authority on the Book, the Sunnah, ijma for the ordinary people on three sources. The authorized person is either the innocent Imams or Imam proxies. People should emulate descriptions of the authorized on these three sources . Thus, innocent imams theoretics would be entered under stringent. Shia accept the mind as evidence for the understanding of three sources. There are three main sources for Zahiriya. These are the Qur'an, Sunnah and alliance of Companions. When exiting out of these three sources they believe that religion will deteriorate. İn this article we have tried to demonstrate the evidence of both sides.
