“Engelli” Din Eğitiminden “Özürsüz” Din Eğitimi Modelliğine: “Ötekileştirilen” Özürlülerin Din Eğitiminde Karşılaşılan Sorunlar Ve Çözüm Önerileri

Abstract
Tarihin her dönem, coğrafya ve toplumunda olduğu gibi ülkemizde de farklı nedenlerden dolayı sayıları milyonları geçen engelli insanımız vardır. Ancak bu milyonları, caddede, sokakta, alışverişte, camide, Kur'an kurslarında görmek neredeyse imkansızdır. Öyle ki mevcut durum “hiç engellisinin olmadığı” bir toplum görünümündedir ve bunun en büyük nedeni de; sosyal hayatın maddî yönlerinin onlar dikkate alınmadan düzenlenmesi, yapılan düzenlemelerin de “yasak savma” kabilinden “göstermelik” olmasıdır. Hz. Peygamber'in müezzini ve birçok kez Medine'de vekilliğini yapmış olan “İbn Ümmi Mektûm” örneği, engellilerin İslamiyet'teki konumuna sık sık “model” olarak zikredilmesine rağmen iş teoriden pratiğe geçince “modellik” derin bir unutkanlığa, yok saymaya dönüşmektedir. Bu makalede ülkemiz özelinde özürlü bireylerin din eğitim ve pratiği konusunda karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve bu sorunlara şahsî çözüm önerilerimiz ele alınmıştır.

From "Disabled" Religious Education to "Enabled" Modeling of Religious Education: The Questions and the Solution Offers of "Othered" Disabilities Encountered in Religious Education As it has been in every period, geography and society of history, in our country, too, there are so many disabled people whose numbers go beyond millions because of different reasons. It's almost impossible to see these people at streets, avenues, in shopping centers, mosques and the Qur'anic schools. What's more, in currentsituation, the society seems not to have any disabled person, and what's the biggest reason of this situation is that the physical aspects of social life is arranged without taking into these people consideration and the arrangements made are a sort of stopgap for show. Let's take the example of Ibn Umm-Maktum, the Prophet Mohammad's muezzin, who had represented to him a lot of times in Madina. In spite of the fact that he has been called as a model in the position of disabilities in Islam, when the situation returns from theory to practice, the modeling turns into a deep forgetfulnes and disregard. In this paper, in the case of our country, it has been tackled the problems that the disabled people encounter about the religious education and practices and our personal solution offers.
