Abstract
Allah Resûlü (s.a.v) yaşadığı toplumda meydana gelen olaylara karşı bazen onaylayıcı bazen de reddedici tavırlar sergilemiştir. Hadis külliyatımızda Hz. Peygamber’in benimsemediği eylem ve söylemler karşısında tembih ve uyarılarının bulunduğu rivayetler hayli fazladır. Bunlardan bir tanesi de içerisinde ‘leyse minnî/minnâ’ ifadelerinin yer aldığı nakillerdir. Muteber kaynaklarda geçen söz konusu rivayetler incelendiğinde bu konunun üzerinde önemle durulması gereken ilkeler içerdiği görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada Kütüb-i Sitte’deki rivâyetlerde geçen ‘leyse minnî/minnâ’ ifadeleri ele alınacaktır. Peygamber (s.a.v.) ‘benden/bizden değildir’ anlamına gelen bu söylemleri kimler için ve hangi durumlar neticesinde kullanmıştır? Söz konusu bu tabirler bireysel tutum ve davranışlar için mi, yoksa toplumsal olaylar için mi söylenilmiştir? Bu ifadeler ne anlama gelmektedir? İlgili rivayetlerde sakındırılan fiilleri yapanların durumu nasıl olmaktadır? Bu ve benzeri sorulara cevap aranacaktır. Ayrıca günümüzde kişiyi bu tür uyarılara muhatap kılacak eylemler ve bu eylemlerin inanç, amel ve ahlak boyutuyla, ferdî ve sosyal açıdan yansımalarına değinilecektir. Bununla beraber, muhatabını ‘bizden değildir’ ikazına mâruz bırakan tutumların ortak özelliklerine de dikkat çekilecektir.

Abstract
The Messenger of Allah (PbuH) sometimes showed confirmative and sometimes negatory attitudes regarding the events that took place in the society in which he lived. There are many narrations that have warnings against the actions and discourses that the Prophet did not adopt in the compilations of Hadiths. One of these is the narrations in which the statements “leyse minni / minna” are included. When the narrations mentioned above were examined in reliable sources, it was seen that this issue contains principles that should be emphasized. The statements of “leyse minni / minna” in the narrations in Kutub-u Sitta will be discussed in the present study. For whom and in what conditions did the Prophet (PbuH) use these statements, which mean “not from me / from us”? Were these statements used for individual attitudes and behaviors or for social events? What do these statements mean? What are the conditions of those who do the deeds forbidden in these narrations? Answers to these and similar questions will be sought in the study. The actions, which will make a person the subject of such warnings in our present day, and the personal and social reflections of these actions with the dimensions of belief, deeds, and morality will also be addressed here. In addition, attention will be drawn onto the common characteristics of the attitudes, which subject the addressee to the warning “not from us”.
