Abstract
Hadis edebiyatının en eski vesikaları olarak kabul edilen Sahîfeler genel olarak Hz. Peygamber ve sahabe döneminde yazılmış olan küçük çaplı hadis kitaplarıdır. Sahabe döneminin önde gelen Sahîfeleri arasında hiç şüphesiz Ebû Hureyre'den talebesi Hemmam b. Münebbih'in rivayet etmiş olduğu es-Sahîfetu's-Sahîha da bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda Hemmam b. Münebbih'in hayatına genel olarak değindikten sonra Sahîfesi'nin ortaya çıkışını ve isimlendirilme sürecini tespit etmeye çalıştık

Abstract
Sahifahs accepted as the oldest documents of the hadith literature are the small hadith books written, generally during the period of our prophet and his friends. There is another one called al-Sahifah al-Sahihah that was related from Abu Hurayra by his student Hammam b. Munabbih which is one of the most important work written during the period of our prophet's friends. In this study, after mentioning a general life of Hammam b. Munabbih we tired to enlighten the appearance of the book Sahifah and determine the process of the giving name
